A promising young socialist author, two devoted nurses working at a mental institute, a very homey fringe theatre, and one central bus station – an unexpected combination for a very surprising evening in Tel-Aviv.
This theatre brings you an amazingly fresh and lively experience you cannot miss. All the plays are interpreted by talented actors beautifully orchestrated and open minded. From existentialist plays to classicism, its all a trip in a world full of emotions. Tickets do not need to be ordered weeks in advance and prices are very flexible. I truly recommend it!
We just saw 'How To Teach Communism To The Mentally Ill' by Mattei Visniec.
Although we don't speak Hebrew we had a special English pack and scene-by-scene synopsis which really helped and would recommend all future plays at the Karov.
